What happens after I send this?
We read every message personally. Within 24 hours we'll reply, usually with a question or two, or a suggestion for a short call to work through the problem together.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. A half-formed problem is often the best place to start. The conversation before the brief is where the most useful work happens.
What if you're not the right fit?
We'll say so, and if we know who would be a better fit, we'll point you there. We'd rather be honest early than disappointing later.
